1. Area where the apartment or the house is situated.

First and foremost you have to look around the area where the house is situated ,always try to get an apartment near the area where almost every facilities like hospital , police station and each kind of stores are available so that you don't have to go anywhere out to avail these facilities.

2. Condition of the apartment.

If you are going to take any apartment for a cheap rent then do check the condition of the house inside or outside, check the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen whether they are in a condition to use properly or not.

3. Check the availability of current and water supply.

When you have planned to move into your new rental apartment you must check the electric availability and water supply in that area, if your apartment is situated in the main area or any township area then you don't have to face these kinds of difficulties.

4. Challenge those conditions you are not satisfied with.

If you are not satisfied with any of the condition of the new house you must ask your landlord to repair those, if he doesn't agree with you then you must look for another house or apartment.

5. Look how much money is the landlord asking in advance?

Generally any landlord ask one month rent in advance, but if he is asking more than that then think about it first of all think that are you satisfied whatever you are paying to the landlord as your rent, if you think you are paying more than the landlord deserves as because the condition of the house is not like that then you should leave that house immediately.

6. Neighbour

The most important thing about where you gonna stay is good neighbors ,their manners and behaviors should be decent, they will always help you whenever you will be in problem and they will also join you in your happiness because good neighbors always keeps the atmosphere happy.
